Paracetamol 450 mg, orphenadrine citrate 35 mg
Indications/Uses
Symptomatic relief of skeletal muscle pains & discomfort associated w/ musculoskeletal disorders & spasm.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 1-2 tab tid.
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, prostatic hypertrophy or bladder neck obstruction, paralytic ileus or pyloric stenosis.
Special Precautions
Closed-angle glaucoma, renal & hepatic disorders, cardiac arrhythmias, tachycardia, cardiac decompensation, coronary insufficiency, pregnancy, childn.
Adverse Reactions
Nausea, dry mouth, blurred vision. Rarely, rash, drowsiness, mydriasis, cycloplegia, urinary urgency, constipation, mental confusion, liver damage.
Drug Interactions
Pralidoxime, suxamethonium, alcohol, anticoagulants, phenobarb.
