Indications/Uses
Albumin replacement in patient w/ major albumin deficiency. Hypovolemic shock, hyperbilirubinemia, acute nephrosis, cardiopulmonary bypass procedures.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Individualised dosage.
Contraindications
Severe anemia or cardiac failure. History of allergic reactions to albumin.
Special Precautions
Low cardiac reserve; marked dehydration.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic or pyrogenic reactions characterized by fever & chills.
