Per Kremil tab Al(OH)3-Mg carbonate spray dried gel 325 mg, simethicone 60 mg. Per Kremil-S tab Al(OH)3-Mg carbonate spray dried gel 325 mg, dimethylpolysiloxane 10 mg, dicyclomine HCl 2.5 mg
Indications/Uses
Kremil Peptic ulcer & gastric hyperacidity. Kremil-S Gastric hypermotility, spastic & irritable colon, flatulent dyspepsia, gastritis, heartburn, duodenitis, esophagitis, hiatus hernia, post-op abdominal pains, colic in childn.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Peptic ulcer & gastritis 2-4 tab 4 hrly. Hyperacidity 1-2 tab.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr after meals.
Contraindications
Kremil-S Closed-angle glaucoma, urinary or GI obstruction, intestinal atony, paralytic ileus, asthma, myasthenia gravis, ulcerative colitis, hiatal hernia, serious hepatic or renal disease.
Adverse Reactions
Kremil-S Dry mouth, dizziness & blurred vision, fatigue, nausea, headache & dysuria.
Drug Interactions
Reduces absorption of tetracyclines, vit, quinidine.
