Indications/Uses
RA, ankylosing spondylitis, OA.
Dosage/Direction for Use
7.5 mg once daily; may be increased to 15 mg once daily.
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to NSAIDs. Urticaria, active peptic ulceration, hepatic & renal insufficiency.
Special Precautions
Peptic ulcer, liver cirrhosis, CHF, nephritic syndrome, overt renal disease.
Adverse Reactions
Nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, oesophagitis, anemia, skin rash, headache, edema, vertigo, drowsiness.
Drug Interactions
NSAIDs, antihypertensives, diuretics, heparin, methotrexate, lithium, ticlopidine, cyclosporin, cholestyramine.
