Indications/Uses
Active progressive RA & progressive juvenile chronic arthritis especially if polyarticular or sero positive.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Deep IM, followed by gentle massage of the area.
Contraindications
Gross renal or hepatic disease, blood dyscrasias, exfoliative dermatitis, SLE. Pregnancy & lactation.
Special Precautions
History of urticaria, eczema or colitis, DM, CHF. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Skin rashes, pruritus, sore throat, glossitis, diarrhoea, buccal ulceration, easy bruising or bleeding, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, albuminuria.
Drug Interactions
Phenylbutazone, oxyphenbutazone.
