Like all medicines, Permixon can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. The side effects that can occur are:
Common (affects 1 to 10 patient in 100): Headache, abdominal pain.
Uncommon (affects 1 to 10 patients in 1000): Nausea, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, moderate transaminases increased, rash, gynaecomastia. Reversible after treatment discontinuation.
Not known (frequency cannot be estimated from the available data): Oedema.
