Each capsule contains tocopherol calcium succinate 52 mg, lysozyme chloride 10 mg (potency), vitamin K1 (phytonadione) 2 mg, rutin 100 mg and pluronic F-68 20 mg. It also contains yellow 4 (tartrazine) as color additive.
Siduol improves blood circulation and the blood flow in the hemorrhoidal veins in the area surrounding the anus and relieves congestion of the hemorrhoidal plexuses, thus diminishing varicose veins.
Siduol is an anti-inflammatory drug; it resolves the mucosal inflammation caused by congestion.
Hemorrhoidal bleeding is caused by rupture of varicose veins. Siduol helps stop bleeding in 2 ways: The vitamin K1 and lysozyme chloride contained in Siduol have hemostatic effects and the rutin in Siduol strengthens blood vessel walls.
Internal and external hemorrhoids (blind piles), anal fissures (bleeding piles) and associated signs and symptoms.
Adults: 1 or 2 caps orally 3 times a day.
Before using Siduol, consult the physician or pharmacist if the patient has ever had any allergic reaction to medicines (eg, skin rash, redness or itching), diarrhea, pregnant or suspected to be so, or if the patient intends to become pregnant while taking Siduol or if the patient is under medical treatment.
Discontinue use and consult the physician or pharmacist if the patient develops any signs or symptoms, eg skin rash, redness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
Siduol should be taken strictly as directed.
Consult the physician or pharmacist if there is no improvement after having taken Siduol for over a month.
Use in children: Do not administer to children.
Instructions for Handling: A stuffing is included in the container of this medicine to protect the contents (capsules) from possible damage during transportation; this stuffing may be discarded once the container has been opened.
Do not handle Siduol with wet fingers.
Store Siduol tightly-sealed in the original container and in a cool dry place protected from sunlight.
