Patient with sarcoidosis, history of nephrolithiasis. Renal impairment. Pregnancy.

Tương tác
May increase the risk of hypercalcaemia with thiazide diuretics. May enhance the effects of digitalis. Increased absorption with vitamin D. Reduced absorption with corticosteroids. May reduce absorption of bisphosphonates, fluoride, fluoroquinolones and tetracyclines.

Description: Ca lactate is used to treat or prevent negative serum Ca balance. It also helps prevent or reduce the rate of bone loss, moderate nerve and muscle performance, and allow normal cardiac function.
Pharmacokinetics: Absorption: Absorbed mainly from the small intestine via active transport and passive diffusion. Distribution: Crosses the placenta and enters the breast milk. Plasma protein binding: 45%. Excretion: Primarily via faeces as unabsorbed calcium. |
