Each softgel capsule contains: Vitamin A 3,000 IU, vitamin D 200 IU, vitamin E 30 IU, vitamin B1 2 mg, vitamin B2 2 mg, vitamin B6 3 mg, vitamin B12 3 mcg, folic acid 1,000 mcg, calcium pantothenate 8 mg, biotin 35 mcg, nicotinamide 20 mg, vitamin C 100 mg, iron, elemental (as ferrous sulfate) 30 mg, iodine 150 mcg, calcium carbonate 100 mg, zinc (as sulfate) 15 mg, magnesium (as magnesium sulfate) 5 mg, manganese (as manganese sulfate) 1 mg, copper (as cupric sulfate) 1,000 mcg, natural fish oil 500 mg, omega-3 [docosahexanoic acid (DHA) 105 mg and eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) 20 mg] 135 mg.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Lecithin SB, yellow wax, hydrogenated soybean oil, vegetable shortening, safflower oil, gelatine, glycerine, methyl paraben, propylparaben, ethyl vanillin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide black, FDC red 3, FDC blue 1 and purified water.
