As the symptoms of
PAH may overlap with other diseases, it is important to rule them out.
Conditions that should be considered include:
- Congestive heart failure
- Coronary artery disease
- Pulmonary fibrosis
- COPD
- Valvular heart disease
- Pulmonary embolism
- Liver disease
- Sleep apnea
