Measles Disease Summary

Overview

Measles, also known as rubeola, is a highly contagious disease caused by the measles virus Morbillivirus.
It is characterized by fever, an enanthem, cough, coryza and a distinct exanthem
Diagnosis of measles is based on clinical findings in the absence of measles outbreak.
Patients with measles are provided with supportive care.
