MIMS Points Terms & Conditions

  1. By participating in MIMS Points Program ("Program"), each eligible MIMS member agrees to follow these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") and to be bound by any decisions made by MIMS Pte Ltd and its related companies (collectively "MIMS") including any interpretations of these T&C.
  2. This Program is currently available only for MIMS member registered in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Philippines ("Eligible Member").
  3. Employees, agents, branches, contractors and promoters (including their immediate family members) of MIMS, and its divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Program, are not permitted to participate in the Program.
  4. MIMS and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss of points entry due to any problems caused by systems or internet service providers.
  5. By participating in the Program, each Eligible Member acknowledges and agrees that he/she has opted-in to MIMS' Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on MIMS website page.
  6. This Program and its benefits are offered at the discretion of MIMS. MIMS has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Program, including the Points, in whole or in part for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to Eligible Members. By participating in this Program, you agree that MIMS will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Program.
  7. Reward(s) that has been redeemed cannot be negotiated, refunded or exchanged, and by no means will a cash equivalent be given. MIMS reserves the right in MIMS' sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a reward or reward component of comparable or greater value. All taxes in connection with reward received are the sole responsibility of each Eligible Member, unless provided otherwise in accordance with applicable law and regulations. MIMS assumes no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of reward(s).
  8. MIMS reserves the right to disqualify any redeem without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to if MIMS is notified or made aware that such redeem violates the rights of any person whomsoever or is not in compliance with these T&C or any government regulations.
  9. MIMS and its affiliates make no representation, warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to any reward(s) redeemed, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, fitness for any purpose or non-infringement.
  10. Each Eligible Member shall fully indemnify and hold harmless MIMS and its affiliates, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and all claims, damages, losses, demands, causes of action, proceedings, expenses, and/or liabilities resulting or arising from or connected with, or claimed to have arisen, resulted from or be connected with:
    • The Eligible Member's participation, attempt to participate, or inability to participate, in the Program.
    • Eligible Member's failure to comply with any one or more of the T&C or any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
    • The unauthorised use by the Eligible Member of, as applicable, the name, likeness, voice, work product, brand, trademark, logo of any person or entity.
    • The breach or alleged breach of any warranty, representation (including, without limitation any eligibility-related representation) or covenant made by the Eligible Member in connection with the Program.
    • Acceptance and/or use of any reward, if any.
    • The Eligible Member's negligence, wilful misconduct, violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations or these T&C or his or her violation of any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other right.
  11. This Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to choice of law principles.
