Women with history of oestrogen-dependent breast cancer.
Adverse Reactions
Lymphopenia.
Drug Interactions
May inhibit metabolism of theophylline, caffeine, clozapine, haloperidol, tacrine, NSAIDs, phenytoin, warfarin, zafirlukast.
Action
Description: Ipriflavone, a synthetic isoflavonoid, inhibits bone resorption by inhibiting osteoclasts, and stimulates new bone growth by activating osteoblasts.
