Natamycin
Indications/Uses
Treatment of fungal blepharitis, conjunctivitis, & keratitis caused by susceptible organisms including Fusarium solani keratitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Initially 1 drop in the conjunctival sac at 1-2 hr interval. Can be reduced to 6-8 times daily after first 3-4 days. Therapy can generally be continued for 14-21 days or until fungal keratitis is resolved.

Special Precautions
For topical ophth use, not for inj. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic reaction, change in vision, chest pain, corneal opacity, dyspnea, eye discomfort, eye edema, eye hyperemia, eye irritation, eye pain, foreign body sensation, paresthesia & tearing.
