Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Patients with haemorrhage. Pregnancy.
Special Precautions
Patients on anticoagulants, antiplatelet or fibrinolytic agents. Menstruating women, patients with bleeding tendency or diathesis. May enhance bleeding tendency.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, hot flushes, GI upset, bleeding tendency, dizziness. Increased liver enzymes, triglycerides and bilirubin.
Drug Interactions
Anticoagulants, antiplatelet, fibrinolytic agents or any product that intensifies bleeding tendency. Prostaglandin I2 preparations.
