Special Precautions
Patient Counselling Avoid application to broken skin, contact w/ eyes or mucous membranes, use of occlusive dressings, and excessive exposure of treated area to sunlight.
Adverse Reactions
Significant: Asthma, renal disease, anaphylaxis (application of large amount). Nervous: Paraesthesia. GI: GI disturbance, dyspepsia. Resp: Bronchospasm, dyspnoea, wheezing. Dermatologic: Pruritus, rash, dermatitis, angioedema, purpura, epidermal necrolysis, erythema multiforme, photosensitivity, application site reactions.
Drug Interactions
Increased incidence of adverse reactions w/ aspirin or other NSAIDs.
