Adult: PO Trichuris trichiura 10-20 mg/kg as a single dose; w/ pyrantel: 10-20 mg/kg as a single dose. Hookworm infections; Enterobiasis; Trichuris orientalis W/ pyrantel: 10-20 mg/kg as a single dose.
