Indications and Dosage

Oral
Muscle spasms

Adult: As mesilate: Usual initial: 2-8 mg tid; maintenance: 4-8 mg daily.

Adverse Reactions

GI disturbances, transient hypotension, drowsiness.

Action

Description: Pridinol mesilate is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that is used in the symptomatic treatment of muscle spasm. It is also used as the hydrochloride salt for its antimuscarinic activity in the management of parkinsonism.
