Gentamicin sulfate

Indications/Uses

Primary & secondary skin infections due to susceptible bacteria.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Apply a thin film to affected area tid-qid.

Special Precautions

Discontinue if overgrowth of nonsusceptible organisms including fungi; irritation, sensitization or superinfection develop. Extensive BSA treatment especially over prolonged time periods or in the presence of dermal disruption particularly in infant & childn. Not for ophth use. Pregnancy.

Adverse Reactions

Transient irritation (erythema & pruritus) does not require discontinuation of treatment.
