Adult & childn ≥13 yr 75 mg bd. Childn ≥1 yr,>40 kg 75 mg bd, >23-40 kg 60 mg bd, >15-23 kg 45 mg bd, ≤15 kg 30 mg bd. ProphylaxisAdult & childn ≥13 yr 75 mg once daily. Max: 6 wk. Childn ≥1 yr,>40 kg 75 mg once daily, 23-40 kg 60 mg once daily, 15-23 kg 45 mg once daily, ≤15 kg 30 mg once daily. Duration: Treatment: 5 days. Prophylaxis: 10 days.

Administration
May be taken with or without food: May be taken w/ meals to reduce GI discomfort. Cap: May be opened & mixed w/ sweetened food products (eg, chocolate syr/condensed milk/apple sauce/yogurt). Swallow mixt immediately after prep.
Not as substitute for influenza vaccination. Severe renal insufficiency. Closely monitor childn & adolescents for signs of behavioural changes. Hereditary fructose intolerance. Lactation.
