Monitoring Parameters Perform culture and susceptibility tests or confirm diagnosis via direct microscopic examination of a KOH mounting of infected tissue; consult local institutional recommendations before treatment initiation due to antifungal resistance risks. Monitor for signs of application site reactions (e.g. exfoliation, erythema, dermatitis).
Adverse Reactions
Significant: Irritation, sensitivity. General disorders and administration site conditions: Application site reactions. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: Burning, stinging sensation of the skin; dryness, erythema, itching.
