Peripheral neuropathies.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Cap
500 mcg 3 times daily.
Inj
1 amp IM or IV 3 times a wk.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Special Precautions
Discontinue if there is no response after taking orally for several mth. Neonates, premature infants, infants & childn.
Adverse Reactions
Rarely, nausea, diarrhea, skin rash & anorexia. Infrequently, pain & indurations at inj site, headache, sweating, fever.
