Indications/Uses
Myasthenia gravis, intestinal atony constipation, paroxysmal tachycardia & sinus tachycardia.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 1-3 tab bid-qid. Childn 7 mg/kg/day at 4 hrly intervals.
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Mechanical intestinal or urinary obstruction.
Special Precautions
Adverse Reactions
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, increased peristalsis & salivation, increased bronchial secretions, headache, miosis, diaphoresis, muscle cramps, fasciculation, weakness.
Drug Interactions
Potentiates actions of morphine derivatives & barbiturates.

N07AA02 - pyridostigmine ; Belongs to the class of anticholinesterase. Used as parasympathomimetics.
