Indications/Uses
Blepharitis, dacryocystitis, hordeolum, conjunctivitis, tarsadenitis, keratitis (including corneal ulcer) & aseptic treatment during peri-op period for ocular surgery.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ofloxacin or any quinolones.
Special Precautions
Shock & anaphylactoid reaction. Discontinue use if erythema, rash, dyspnea, decreased BP & eyelid edema occurs. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Blepharitis, eyelid dermatitis, itching, urticaria, irritation, keratitis superficial diffuse, conjunctivitis, eye pain, corneal deposits.
