Indications/Uses
Symptomatic treatment of dry mouth in head & neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy or in patients w/ Sjogren's syndrome.

Dosage/Direction for Use
Dry mouth Head & neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy 1 tab tds for at least 12 wk. Usual dose range: 3-6 tab/day (not to exceed 2 tab/dose). Sjogren's syndrome patient 1 tab qds for at least 6 wk.

Overdosage

Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Uncontrolled asthma, acute iritis, narrow-angle (angle-closure) glaucoma.

CV disease, controlled asthma, chronic bronchitis or COPD, cholelithiasis or biliary tract disease, nephrolithiasis, patients w/ underlying cognitive or psychiatric disturbances, renal or hepatic disease. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn.

Sweating, nausea, rhinitis, diarrhea, chills, flushing, urinary frequency, dizziness, asthenia, headache, dyspepsia, lacrimation, edema, abdominal pain, amblyopia, vomiting, pharyngitis, HTN, increased salivation, flu syndrome, pain, sinusitis.
