Indications/Uses
Acute or chronic, peripheral & cerebral vasculometabolic disorders eg, vascular dementia, chorioretinal disorder, blurred vision, dizziness.
Dosage/Direction for Use
30 mg bid.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
MI, bleeding, serious bradycardia.
Special Precautions
Hyperuricemia or w/ a history of gout &/or under treatment w/ drugs that might be able to interfere w/ the metabolism & excretion of uric acid. May potentiate the effect of antihypertensive drugs especially β-blockers, porphyria patient.
Adverse Reactions
Dizziness, flushing, gastric distress, nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, headache, hyperuricemia.
Drug Interactions
May potentiate action of antihypertensives.
