Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult Insert 1-1.5 cm strip of oint tds into the anal canal.
Contraindications
Severe anaemia, glaucoma, hypotension, increased intracranial pressure. Co-administration w/ sildenafil citrate or other phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Idiosyncrasy to glyceryl trinitrate. Pregnancy, lactation.
Special Precautions
May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, dizziness.
Drug Interactions
Vascular effects may be enhanced by alcohol.
